Dang! This was one of the worst stats I've ever had! 3 night stay, on the first night the AC went out and we had a surgery to attend at 6am and we were already in bed when a maintenance guy came past 10pm to check on it, too late by then we needed to sleep. Then the next day the AC kept leaking in the middle of the floor and the insane sound kept coming from the shower area like someone was jack hammering and this would happen periodically. Didn't really get a chance to complain because I was taking care of my sick wife and she needed a lot of attention.

Loved the location. The first we room we got after I asked the front desk staff for a quiet room was so noisy coz of the highway next to it. But when we asked another person at the front desk later, they moved us to a nice quiet room on the other side of the building and apologized for the inconvenience. Staff were absolutely wonderful throughout our stay.
