I checked in and about two hours later I checked out. I did not even stay at the hotel. They charge a $100 deposit so instead of calling it Hotel amenities, they call it a deposit so they actual charge your credit card instead of placing a hold on it. I would like a refund if I could get one but not sure ...I got there and there were what looked like 20 year olds hanging out in the parking lot. Also, another person was blasting their car stereo so loud for about 30 minutes and nothing was done about it. The rooms look put together when you walk in; however, there is a musty smell and to top it off, their towels are stained...Not worth it

The staff was friendly but the conditions of the room was not a 4*stay. The room did not smell so good and had to air it out and the tub was not clean and the shower curtain had mold. I was not aware of till the morning and I went to tell the staff and they proceed to clean it and replace the curtain. They were nice but just would not stay there again….😕

The location was convenient and check-in was quick, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself was a big letdown. As soon as I opened the door, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I noticed the smoke detector was covered, the towels had hair on them, and the TV remote even had gum stuck to the back. Overall, the room didn’t smell or feel clean, and it made me uncomfortable enough to book another hotel elsewhere. I hope the cleanliness and maintenance can be improved for future guests.
