I booked a specific room, I was given a handicap room and told it was the only one available. I thought no big deal. Except when I went to get ready there’s no outlet in the bathroom and no mirror by the outlet. It wasn’t fun getting ready. There’s a sink which is great if you’re in a wheel chair but able body guests weren’t even a consideration when building this room, so why put an able body guest in it? No counter to put anything while getting ready, no night side light, just overhead brightest lights, the labels in the outdated heat/air were worn off so it was a game to figure out how to get heat. NOT the room or experience I booked and paid for but felt very much like I was given the least desirable, unsalable room because I booked with Hotels.com

Room was heavily damaged, toilet didn’t work and room smelled like sewage. When asked to be moved and he wasn’t able to. We checked about 2 hours after checking in. The manager wouldn’t provide me with proof of check out.

Check in was very easy and even got a little goodie bag. Appreciated that the upstair rooms had a secure door to get in. The room itself was okay, the walls are very thing so we could hear the guests next door very early in the morning. The bathtub did look a bit dirty but I believe it was just water stains at this point. Overall can’t really complain for a one night stay.

The room was not in the best condition but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was great! We arrived too early for check (a little before 2pm) and they allowed us to check in early. Not only that. We had a busy holiday and they allowed us a late check-out (12pm) which helped get us extra sleep. The bed was also one of the more comfortable beds we've had in a long time and it felt like a large king size with minimal movement from my girlfriend at night. I would definitely recommend this place and will likely book again Thank you!
