The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was well equipped and clean. The room is due for new furniture. I found the sofa worn and the carpet is showing its age. All said I would stay there agai.

Pretty good
Nice room big enough for a family with two parents and three teenagers. Front desk staff was very friendly. Our refrigerator was making some crazy noises at 2am though and the fold out bed has no blankets or sheets. We were able to get that from the front desk but kind of a hassle after a long day.

Average 3 star hotel in my opinion. Staff wasn’t very friendly at check in on the 23rd 4pm but the staff maintaining the breakfast buffet the next day were efficient and very helpful! We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was perfect for our family of 5. Room was clean and the beds were surprisingly very comfortable. Note that there is no elevator so if you have young children or a lot of bags you may need to consider requesting a specific floor (there are 3 I believe). Breakfast wasn’t bad. They could use a bagel machine or an upgraded toaster because it took so long to toast anything but overall can’t complain because it’s free. I may stay again but only because it’s convenient and one of the only two bedroom suite options in the area.
