We used the hotel to go to concert at Kia Forum as we live out of area. Just a straight walk up on Prairie Ave in Inglewood. Leaving car at hotel with valet. Great idea given price of parking and hassle. We had a nice, ground level room that opened on to pool area. A wee bit noisy from LAX planes overhead and Sepulveda Ave sirens but enjoyable nonetheless. Decent price. There was no breakfast included but Tom’s restaurant attached and excellent food.

It is a great location for events at the Kia Forum, which was our reason for staying there. But, pay attention to the room type that was booked. We were not given the room that we reserved (a one bedroom suite), we were given a room (2 queen beds) that was less expensive. When I went back down to let the front desk know that I booked a different type of room, they went up to show me what they had available, none of which was the type that I booked. I finally picked a junior suite, which would have been cheaper than the one bedroom I reserved online, but there was no offer for a price adjustment until I went back and spoke to someone else at the front desk. It all worked out, but if I had not said anything, I would have been given a much cheaper and smaller room with no rate adjustment.

The valet parking is a scam. I booked on Expedia, and it stated valet parking mandatory at $55 per car. Okay, fine since we were staying close to the Forum for a show. After the free cancellation day passed, I received an email confirming that valet parking was $55 ($60 including tax) BUT SUV or trucks were $110 DOUBLE the price AND only 1 car per room. Are you kidding me? Of course I drive a small 2 door SUV and was meeting my girlfriend for the show, so now I can’t sleep trying to figure out where we are going to park the 2nd car overnight without sketching out and overpaying for a SUV that takes less room than a 4 door sedan. After stressing out all day, Valet felt bad for us and let us park the 2 cars. Other than the whole parking issue, the hotel was great. My reserved room was not ready at 4 pm check-in, but front desk was kind enough to move me to a different room, since I really needed a nap before the concert! Breakfast must be ordered through restaurant which was ok. I ordered fresh fruit and the blueberries were molded and i was not credited. The space was clean and the pool area was nice.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. However the property is overpriced for what is offered. There is no parking so you forced to pay for valet per night. Also no breakfast offered only restaurants at the property. For the price you something should be included for the guests

In a poor part of town. Sketchy Shared parking lot. Over priced room with ZERO furniture. Bed on the floor, no nightstands, no TV stand. Glass bathroom with NO privacy. Filthy carpet, outdated tiling in bathroom. Shower and sink had issues draining. LOUD from street noise. Beautiful rooftop patio / pool area

Enjoyed our stay! Outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi was a plus. It is conveniently next to the intuit dome so we just walked over to the Clippers vs Warriors game. Would definitely recommend.

Nice and clean room. Comfortable bed, big flat screen. Nice and spacious bathroom. Only bad thing is there was no door for the shower,so I had to put a towel down to stop the floor from getting wet.
