Overall, the hotel was good. However, there are a few things to consider when booking. The staff here was fantastic. Check in was easy, they were very kind and quick and knew the area very well. They offer various types of water in the lobby and you can request coffee from the front desk. The area is beautiful and very walkable to resturants and other shops. Not sure if it was the hotel being renovated or because its a boutique hotel, but it was very difficult to find at night. It blends very well into the neighborhood and is easy to pass by with almost no clear signage. The overall style of the hotel is very cool. Nice design, eco-friendly LED lights, and an interesting vibe. But, the room itself was very small. Not uncomfortable but, had I not been traveling solo, would have felt very cramped. This may just be the room I booked though. I would definitely consider staying again.

The room was clean, but very small. There was quite a lot of street noise. Iā€™m not sure why people were out at 3 oā€™clock in the morning doing anything, but it was quite noisy. There was clearly some other work type activities happening on the street and I can pretty much hear everything. This hotel is the Beverly Hills version of a Motel 6, with cleaner, rooms and nicer staff. I really liked the flavor infused water machine in the lobby.

The front door was open to the building but no one was at the desk. There was a note on the desk that they would return. We called and got no one. Check in was fine otherwise. Room was very hot and the elevator did not seem sturdy and was very slow. We took the stairs instead.

Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. But the amenities were sorely lacking. No coffee maker in the room. Want coffee? $6 for plain old drip coffee in the lobby. Really? I can get free coffee at the Motel 6. Also -- not even a single cup in the room. Don't people brush their teeth? Want a cup? Gotta go to the lobby to get one. How cheap can you get?

No parking for hotel. I arrived and the clerk stated I had to pay for parking which is $40.00 per day/night. There is no mention of charging for parking when you reserve the room. Then the clerk had to show me were to park because I arrived late. Itā€™s across the street then you have to go all the way around the parking lot in order to get back to the hotel. Good luck if you are disabled. The elevator took forever to get to the 3rd floor. When I arrived to my room the key didnā€™t work to get in, so I had to go back down. I took the stairs much faster than the elevator. I donā€™t recommend to stay here, parking is terrible.

Pros: - Excellent location right in Beverly Hills, about 5-minute walking distance from Beverly Dr and Rodeo Dr. - Affordable room rate, considering the location in Beverly Hills - Spacious room - Renovated bathroom, with Japanese-style toilet (water jet, etc.) - Very comfortable bed - Front desk staff member Monica is outstanding; very customer-focused and helpful (unlike some of her colleagues) Cons: - Hotel is dark and uninviting, needs a complete makeover - No restaurant in hotel - Paint inside room is dated and needs a good refresh - Flooring in hallways is being renovated, causing noise - Despite having been renovated, the bathroom is quite dark and the room in general is not inviting - Mini-fridge in my room was very noisy at night and prevented me from sleeping until I unplugged it. All in all, good value if you want to stay in the heart of Beverly Hills, but if youā€™re looking for feeling cozy in your room and having a restful night, this might not be for you.
