Disclose they a CASH DEPOSIT is required

I’ve stayed here before and never had a problem. This time for some reason they were asking for a cash deposit. Something that I hadn’t have to do. It was very inconvenient considering that they didn’t have an ATM or anything close to the cash or did they disclose it on the app that it was required. Other than that the room was good. Quite a bit of hairs on the floor but whatever.

Worst Customer Service Ive Experienced

This was by far the worst experience I've had staying in a Hotel. On my second night I attempted to use the hot tub, which was the reason for selecting this hotel and there was no hot water. When I contacted the front desk I received the worst customer service. I was told it was impossible to have no hot water, and that nothing could be done about it until morning. The horrible customer service continued in the morning even after it was confirmed that the hot water was indeed out and for the third time during our stay were told to check out if no hot water was an issue for us. They refused any information to escalate the issue to management. We requested for the manager to contact us since they wouldn’t give us any contact information and we were never contacted. We then contacted customer service over the phone which had great customer service but told us that all they can do was give us “points” when we are not even reward members, and after this experience have no intentions in joining. It took 3 phone calls, multiple hours and an escalation to a manager to finally feel like my complaint was being heard and validated.

Stayed for 8 days and loved it! Maintenance and cleaning of the room was done everyday. The room was big and the beds were soft. The area was amazing, it was close to most tourist areas like Disneyland. The area had many dining options near it and a shopping mall. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.

Hotel room was the perfect amount of space & very clean (always a plus). The bathroom mirror vanity was/is very beautiful touch to it . Staff is super friendly . Will definitely be one of the properties we stay at again.

Economical stay for 1 night.

The rooms were clean but room had a very over powering strong air freshener smell that was covering up something. We only stayed one night but our allergies were really acting up.
