The room smelled of past smoke. The bed was so old, I could feel the springs in the mattress. The furnishings were in disrepair with the faux wood panels peeling and drawers broken. I purchased Lysol spray & wipes.

What a horrible experience

OMG! Couldn’t get past the way the area and motel looked. Homeless everywhere and overturned by meth addicts. That was just the start. The staff behind the desk was extremely rude. This Hotel charged my card and the transaction showed according to my bank. They continued to state that I used a different card and the transaction did not go through. I cancelled my stay as I was overwhelmed and now $ down with no place to stay. I am still awaiting a refund. Don’t even bother with this place. They need to rebuild and start over in my honest opinion. I wouldn’t even let someone I don’t like stay here.

I changed hotels

ONLY 1 ice machine and it's not working. Homeless walk all over the property including around the 1st and 2nd floor, always an excuse of no security during the day. Not all the parking lot lights work with broken glass from a vehicle parking space near one of the non working lights.Maids do what they can. The floor in my room 133 is sticky like they used cleaner but didn't rinse it, so don't walk barefoot. A number of people living here with dogs and cats and very few pick up the dog poop. Homeless come from railroad tracks and the broken fence that should be maintained by Cal-trans (57fwy). Surprisingly I haven't seen any roaches. They over water everything maybe to wash away the dog poop.
