Linda was absolutely wonderful to communicate with! She was very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. The unit itself was spacious, and we appreciated having a designated parking space and being close to the beach since we were staying for Warped Tour weekend. We initially had trouble accessing the unit because the provided door code did not work, but Linda responded promptly and helped us resolve it.The main drawback was that we did not feel entirely comfortable with the unit’s security or the immediate surroundings. We frequently heard people and movement directly outside the front door and window, including at night, and noticed the lock making noises several times. The secondary security measure on the large front window was only a small, loose piece of wood that did not feel very secure. There was also a recurring strong chemical or drug-like odor outside at night, and nearby residents played loud music fairly early Monday morning (8 am). Which is just a note about the area and does not reflect on the owner whatsoever. Overall, the unit was spacious and Linda’s communication was excellent, but the security concerns, outside activity, odors, and noise affected our comfort during the stay.
