No house keeping! Amenities were not provided. Only one towel kept in the room for 4 people. Had to go and ask for towels and we have to change towels / sheets ourselves by taking them to the front office. Even rubbish bins were not emptied. Wash basin was blocked and when complained I was told there is no maintenance person and they had only provide a plunger to do it ourselves. One of the beds had just blanket and a fitted sheet with no flat sheet in between. Microwave in the common area was not maintained well, always dirty with spilled food. No paper towels to cover food or clean. Never stayed in a place like this. Very bad experience.

Didn’t come and couldn’t get a refund .because you use those bad people at Expedia. They won’t ever give a refund even though they say they will , they make it impossible online and if you call they refuse and even threaten. I’ve been robbed at gunpoint and I have more respect for that guy than Expedia.
