I like the rooms around the pool easy access. But someone knocked on my door at 1:30 am didn't like that! And check in I had to ask for a room around the pool and I did in writing prior to my visit and the lady at check in basically challenged me on that.... then the door keys weren't working but when I approached she couldn't even set down the phone to help me , she just handed me new cards that also didnt work! Had to return and she still won't set down the phone? When are pople on a device priority over Ones standing in front of you? I also didn't like that this was my second time here in a week and still haven't received my $100 deposit from the first stay, why charge me another? Shampoo was low as was soap and the air conditioner was so so so loud!

It was good. The bed was clean and comfy, no channel guide so you couldn’t look for what to watch you just had to flip through channels. The place was a little old and had carpet everywhere so it was a little stinky but it was just a staycation. The jacuzzi was fun but omg the morning coffee tasted absolutely disgusting!! I was so disappointed it tasted like they accidentally poured orange juice in it or something! They’r renovating the place, though, so I’m sure after renovations it will be very nice.

They put me in a room in the middle of a construction site. It was loud annoying. They did not tell me that there was construction done, and the property has limited access. All the doors get locked. Can’t even go to the vending machines

Me and my girlfriend stayed there for a trip to Universal Studios. It was very clean, easy to reach but also secluded, and less than 5 minutes from Universal Studios without having to get om the freeway. I also forgot a shirt in one of the rooms and they sent it back to me in the mail

The air conditioning made the room 63 F. when I checked in. It took about an hour to warm up the room in June with outdoor temperatures in the 80s. Very wasteful and stupid. The bed was not comfortable, too soft.

The rooms and pool area were very worn. I couldn't get the hot tub to work and was told it was about to close. Later an older gentleman was in the hot tub one half hour after it was supposed to be closed and someone obviously helped him make it work. I was a bit fearful of it anyway as it was really old.

I was here for two nights while visiting Universal Studios. The room is old and not maintained, and the lobby feels deserted. The morning coffee was horrible; I threw it away after taking just one sip. I stayed at Quality Inn Long Beach for the next leg of my trip, and it was better in every way. Don't expect a 3-star quality hotel.
