The unit has been extensively renovated including kitchen, flooring, lighting, and finishes. It has all new stainless steel appliances including stove, fridge and microwave. It also has a newly renovated bathroom with gorgeous tile. It is just a couple blocks from the famous "2nd street" that offers dinning, shopping and a terrific nightlife. There is street parking only.
