This hotel had everything we needed. Bed and pillows were VERY comfortable which I’m finding harder and harder to find these days. We slept like a baby. I will stay here again in the future.

This property is horrible. Accidentally booked the wrong date and tried immediately called to change reservation. After not picking the phone for over 10 minutes is calling, I finally got through to a rude, unhelpful person who basically said "too bad." I asked to contact the manager and only received an email address. They refused to allow me to speak to anyone. I immediately emailed the manager and am yet to receive a reply days after the incorrect booking was made.

I think go into this place with your eyes very wide open. The pool isnt open, there isnt a hot tub/sauna. The place isnt in good condition. Many things were in a state of disrepair. The building shook all night over and over from what i think is the highway behind it. It had a nice bathtub that i did use and the bed while not very comfortable was clean. It did serve the purpose of giving me somewhere to lay my head down after the concert. I would not pay the same amount for another night. Also check in time isnt listed until after you book at 5 pm.

There was a homeless person that kept wondering around the parking lot, the 3 times that i went to my vehicle. The place felt like it was set up for the less fortunate,very dirty in general.so we got in to the room witch was newly painted and newer flooring, but had a very loud bathroom fan that was supper annoying and 2 huge makeup spots on the huge mirror and a big glob of something orange in the sink.i went to take a shower and there were no washcloths,so i went to the office to get some and the lady said to me WE DONT HAVE ANY WASHCLOTHS FOR THE FACILITIE.SO I GO TAKE A SHOWER USING A CLEAN SOCK AS A WASHCLOTH AND NOT 5 MINUTES INTO MY SHOWER I WAS STANDING IN ALMOST 3 INCHES OF WASTE WATER, NOT A GOOD BATHROOM EXPERIENCE .THE POOL WAS SHUT DOWN BY THE CITY FOR SOME HEALTH REASON AND THERE WERE A COUPLE PEOPLE SMOKEING POT OUT BY MY DOOR.

Sketchy Extended Stay Guest

Super sketchy people that are extended stay guest (as you can see them hanging out of the rooms with bins stacked up to the ceilings. I didn’t feel safe. Had to dig out whatever was stuck in the peep hole. The bathroom area where the toilet is located had an open hole where the vent was supposed to be and the tub did not look sanitary. On a positive note is that you’re able to put down a cash deposit for incidentals. The room was also very roomy.
