After checking out a week ago I still have not seen my incidental deposit. They told me they do a void of the charge, but they do "charge your account when it's supposed to be a hold. I left my room cleaner than when I found it.

I have already provided feedback on our stay. It was sent via the feedback space on your general website. It was sent you in early January. Bottom line of the 1,000 character feedback was the price we paid for the hotel was not remotely a market or competitive rate. We paid $399 per night for a mediocre two star motor hotel when guests who stayed there at the same time paid MUCH less. On the second night (New Year's Eve) we stayed their, I went to the front desk and asked what the rate was for any available rooms. I was told they only had "premium" rooms (which was what our room was) and was told the rate was $249. On 12/8/19 your website listed the cost as $399 per night. Based on my misplaced assumption that Travelocity could be trusted and was ethical, I wrongly assumed that this was a market rate. We strongly believe we were gouged, you acted in very bad faith and we were cheated. As there was no response to the previous feedback I sent, a week later I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I am asking Travelocity to make this wrong right. I will wait to hear how you wish to resolve this.

Hello anonymous, we are sorry for what you experienced. To be honest, for this particular issue and day, we were able to charge all the prepaid cancellations and /or no shows thus resulting in open rooms available. On the hotel level, we chose to open up the rooms last minute and that was what the rate was. Nobody was cheated. Also we only had sporadic room availability's that would not allow for guaranteed rooms for more than 1 night due to last minute changes. God bless you and if you are willing to take chances, like any industry, last minute bookings can result in lower prices but can also result in not having any rooms or even higher prices than originally expected.

In our room, 208, the light controlled by the switch by the door was burned out, the stopper in the sink was broken, and the bathroom fan was also not working. Flushing mechanism on toilet was very loud too. Breakfast was good though.

Upon check it after 3pm our room was not ready then we were checked into a room that was not even made up the bed was all messed up with blankets and sheets just pilled on the bed and it looked like we were heading into a dungeon. Very dark and cold It was not a good site or feeling we were very disappointed However the staff member kept apologizing but it still didn’t rectify the situation The website is also very misleading Just not what u would expect No I would not recommend this place it’s uncleanly and furthermore it’s not very inviting

We do try to have all of our guest rooms ready for the 3pm check in and on some days we did not have enough staff. Perfect hotel in the perfect location

By far one of my favorite hotels. Very clean, the shower is absolutely amazing and the bed is so comfortable that it’s hard to get up. I’ve been staying here for the past 2 years and will continue everytime I’m in town.

Complaints

The kitchen was being remodeled so no continental breakfast so I went out for breakfast each day. The hot tub was under construction so I went to a gym to use a hot tub. I had no internet service in my room. #204 so I had to go elsewhere for internet service. Over all.........very disappointed and will not be back.

The room smelled of smoke and when asked to change my room, I was told that they had no other room at that price and I could do an update for $60. The room had no working telephone and so to contact the front desk, I had to walk to the lobby, from the second floor, or use my personal cell phone. Also, the television had no signal, so I could not watch the television.

Crack motel

When we arrived, we were shocked by the condition of the hotel. There was construction going on with jackhammers going all day. The small pool In the parking lot was empty. This is a motel. It is on a rough street. The first night we had a methhead outside of our door ranting and screaming for two hours in the middle of the night, finally taken away by the police. The room was dirty and our feet turned black just walking on the floor without socks.
