The gentleman at check in was awesome. He upgraded our room to a suite and it totally elevated our stay. Room was clean and comfortable and close to everything! We would stay again.

Staff was very friendly and check-in / check-out was a breeze. The room was gorgeous and very clean with a beautiful view from the balcony. The hotel was nice and quiet. The location is perfect for walking to just about everything including the beach. The hotel is across from the Metro Line so foot traffic is busy around the area but it's also very convenient if you want to take public transportation to downtown LA.

Clean close to the beach and metro and bus. Whole area is pricey. Only thing is some transit’s are pine area as it is beach and main area for tourists. Hotel well organised breakfast is olay and better than most Hamptons.

Everything was great! We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the facilities, such as the pool and hot tub. The only issue was the guest upstairs that kept stomping very loudly, even after submitting complaints with staff.
