the room given to us have fruit flies flying from day 1! we did not complain cause we're almost always out! the bathroom sink has brown spots and so is the shower curtain! the hallway carpet need to be shampooed! on the positive side they have a very good location but a lot of other hotels are in good location in glendale. this hotel will be perfect if they just clean it well. and hire pest control for the fruit flies..

There were no drawers for clothes, and no clock. Also, the wooden door to the refrigerator just fell off when we opened it. We had no idea how to use the heat until we called guest services. The guy we spoke to was great and explained how to use the heat in the room. But it wasn't obvious, and there should be an instruction card in the room. Hot water in the bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was ok. But I would like to give a real thumbs up to Lourdes at the front desk. We asked her to arrange for us to get a taxi to go to the airport (we don't like Uber), and she was polite, friendly, and got it done for us with great efficiency. We really appreciated that.
