Has to be the worst experience I’ve had ever. This motel is full of surprises, not good ones either. Room is so small you can barely move around with 2 people. Pictures are deceiving online, they look normal but in person they are horribly small. Bad smell in room. They called to tell us they want to come install a smoke alarm in the room and we told them that we are leaving for a few hours and I said multiple times do not go in room when We’re not there and they said ok but when we came back to room we see they came in and installed it. I was frustrated because I’m there on work and I have important documents and belongings in room. Next day the maid knocks on the door and I yelled loudly “we are in bed, come back later”. She unlocks the door and comes in while we are undressed laying in bed. She stands there talking to me while I’m screaming and telling her to leave. She leaves after a while and leaves the door open for people passing by to see, I had to get out of bed to close the door. I reached out by email to the general manager 2 days ago asking for a refund and still haven’t heard back from them. I have to say that I’m so embarrassed and shocked from this incident that I can’t get over it. Motel staff acted like it wasn’t a big deal and somewhat normal when I complained about both incidents. By the way the beds are listed as queen online but they are full size beds. When I told the staff they acted like they didn’t know. I can’t express how disappointed I am.
