The Space:
Step inside this single-level home and feel the bright, airy atmosphere of its open-concept design. The spacious living room, centered around a cozy fireplace, flows into a large dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a center island—ideal for group meals and conversation.
The home's thoughtful layout includes three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. You'll find a guest room with a Queen bed and a second versatile bedroom furnished with both a Full bed and a sofa bed. The primary suite provides a quiet retreat with a King bed and direct sliding door access to the back patio and pool.
The incredible backyard is your private, fully-gated oasis. A large swimming pool invites you to cool off on a sunny day, while the covered patio provides shade for lounging. A grassy lawn area offers extra space for recreation and relaxation, creating an ideal setting for making memories.
Convenient driveway parking is included. For your peace of mind, the property is also monitored by exterior security cameras at the entryways.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home, including all interior spaces, the fully-gated front yard, and the entire backyard with the pool and patio.
Please note: The garage is used for the owner's personal storage and is not accessible to guests. Driveway parking is provided for your convenience.

Pool Heating: The pool is not heated by default. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $125 per day, with a two-night minimum.
