Everything about our stay was wonderful. Our only complaint was our room was located next to the housekeeping closet area on the second floor and we were woken up early by staff talking loudly directly outside our door. We wish we could have slept in longer.

So much so good about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and upgraded us to a beautiful room in the historic wing with a mountain view(they have a modern wing too). The hotel is centrally located so lots of dining and shopping options. Very close to the Boulder Theater The only BIG negative is if you'd like to buy food or wine after 12ish, you are out of luck. For guests they should have an option to buy wine or beer. We came back from a concert at the Boulder Theater and wanted a drink and a snack. There were at least 6 people in the lobby all asking about getting a drink. They should have options for guests like a minibar, room service or a small shop
