Great location but amenities and cleanliness need addressed

The location and host was outstanding. The house was in good order. The challenges we had were mice and cleanliness. We had to re-wash most of the kitchen and cooking ware as well as a some sheets that were dirty. The host addressed the mice immediately but not somehthing you want to deal with when spending a Holiday Weekend away.

Great place, location was good close to beach access. The stairs up to apt are very steep

It was a good choice for us. 3 young adults and myself not so young, I could manage the stairs but not for someone with mobility issues

Perfect location. Very roomy. Nice remodel but needs some cooking utensils (mixing spoons, mixing bowels etc). Also needs new towels. Owner was very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
