"Check in was smooth, parking was very convenient. Breakfast was great. Pool was cool, jacuzzi was warm— but the warm was hard to enjoy to its fullest with the floating debris and trash in it. Otherwise, an excellent spot with a lot of great food options within walking distance. Less than half an hour away from OstrichLand, CA, Solvang, CA & the most calm beach I’ve ever been to on the west coast. Definitely will be back again soon."

Went back to the front desk to show pictures of the room. Gave me a different room , the hand towels look like overused rag. The floor was dirty… I carry Lysol wipes and had to wipe everything down..hate to say this but thank goodness we had a family emergency we had to leave and didn’t stay for the second night! Never again"

"Manish and Kailee are always awesome. These two are very accommodating, courteous and understanding. We’ve been regular guest at this location. To be honest, these two are the main reason we’ve chose to continue with this location despite what the property lacks or needs improvement in. However, the price at this location should be a lot lower and the front desk staffing definitely needs improvement. Our experience is Luis the maintenance man works hard, is courteous and continues to maintain the property throughout his shift. The pool is inviting. Housekeeping definitely needs improvement in the way they treat guests as well as the way they clean rooms. Manish and Kailee a very welcoming and definitely make a big difference in the decision to choose this motel. They try their best to provide great guest service within their means allowed to them. They work hard. They make themselves available. They put in effort to satisfy guest and keep them returning. You can always find them either in the office or on the property balancing the guests and property needs with exceptional service and goals to provide to guest what they’ve paid for close as they can as employees. Manish as supervisor has made a big difference at this property. They both seem to take pride in their jobs and how they treat people that are paying and expecting to be treated while accommodating customers whether it’s their first time or CONTINUE to CHOOSE to PAY and CONTRIBUTE to this location and business."
