Room wasn't ready on time and had to go back 3 different times-waited 2 hours for room to be ready and didn't even get the original room we were supposed to have. Very unbusinesslike. Will not go back to this location.

I have stayed at Motel 6 several times at other places and I would say it was pretty good. But, this time around having stayed at Lompoc Motel 6 really changed my mind now for future booking with Motel 6. It was a horrible experienced we had..!! When we checked in around 5 pm the room we requested was not available and need more time to clean. They ended up assigned us to another room which located at the very end of the complex.. The nightmare begin, when we entered the room, the room was not cleaned thoroughly, the toilet was dirty from previous guess, the floor was not swept, the pillows were dirty and smells. To top it all this place was overrun by homeless, the room next door was occupied by a homeless which actually I don’t mind as long they don’t bother us. But, the smell of the smoke and probably weed came to our room when we turn on the heater or A/C. Few were camped out at the hall way and across the parking lot with radio blazing in the midnight hours. We are afraid to confront or report them to avoid any retaliate or vandalize to our car.. I have just to stayed awake all night to make sure nothing happen to my family and our property. So I would not recommend this place, until Motel 6 make some changes to correct these problems.

The room was pretty dirty, the shower curtain had stains, there were stains in the bathtub, the towels were very dingy, the floor was very dirty, there were dead cockroaches on the floor. I have stayed in many motel 6 and loved the cleanliness but definitely was not the case at this one.

Drove to lompoc from Monterey to find out that there was no room for us to stay the night. That is extremely unexceptable. We were tired from driving and had no where to stay the night. We had to stay in the car with an infant in the car.

Where to begin. Ill start the list At check in first thing, boom. Wifi is not working, cant tell you when . look to left HUGE sign FREE WIFI HERE lol okay, fine. All i want is a bath i tell her. Had a full on famiky with their van of stuff 3 kids and a puppy all right outside. Trash all over, kids in street, weird. Ok. Get inside, The temp is 77 degrees inside and will not go down so door needs to stay open to get cool air. The outlets don't work! My phone is charging in the bathroom. I had to call twice now because there is no hot water! Boiler broken?? All i wanted was a bath. Family in van outside have now become Guest above us. I have Atleast two children running like crazy up there. I had to call front and they said they were aware already? So now i feel like maybe this is a family member? I Had to scrub the tub because there was soap residue from prior guest and bkack mold. Sheets are stained, i hope not just dirty. With pink and make up? Just doesn't look clean im scared to lay on them. At 7am a guy knocked at my door asking if the bags outside (family left out) mine i say no, they start taking them all. I then see tge van with an extension cord all tye way from top floor to him. I stay a lot at Motel 6 and im super disappointed and shocked with this one...

I had no warm heater sink water was cold. Toilet backed up had to clean up the mess my self, the kicker was all the cockroaches. It freaked me out I ended up just staying in my car.
