"We had a fantastic time at Big4 Phillip Island over the Easter holidays! We took it back to basics & brought the kids bikes with us & they all had the best time riding around the park, making new friends & we even went to the beach a few times although the weather wasn’t great! We stayed in a dormitory cabin, so just beds & a roof. We loved this. It meant using all the amenities like we were camping but with the comfort and safety of a roof & a door plus a heater! Beds were actually really comfy too, great clean cabin right next to the camp kitchen, was really convenient! I do have a few suggestions for improvements within the amenities to make the stay a little more user friendly… firstly the camp kitchen built in bbqs are absolutely useless. 45 minutes+ to cook some snags! They definitely need replacing with some that actually heat up properly! We used our own frying pan on the gas stoves, which was handy as a back up since the built ins were so bad! The kitchen could be a lot better stocked with some more cutlery, plates, cups & pans that aren’t old & all scratched up. I left some utensils behind, so others could get use of them. Another issue was how user unfriendly the bathroom was, no where to put your things on the sink area. No where to sit to put your socks and shoes on (except the small, wet by time you’re finished showering, seat in the shower cubicles, so my suggestion would be to add some bench seats. Also the laundry cost a fortune, paid $36 for 2 loads dried."

"Easy place to find parking was not an issue. Rooms were really tidy probably due for an upgrade in the bathroom at some stage but still neat and clean. Can’t really fault the property. "

"My 8 and 10 years old boys loved the resort. They enjoyed the big trampolines, indoor pool and playing tennis. It’s so family friendly. We had breakfast at cafe in the town to save money, but the breakfast buffet at the resort was cheaper."

"Not close to the beach , you drive at least 1.5 km to reach a clean beach as the area outside the priority dirty and full of weeds . Inside the resort quite dark and depressive at night . They need more light . The tennis court has no singly light and the whole resort quite dark at night .. more attention and maintenance required . Install lights and clean your near by beach "
