We stayed while at a wedding in town and the room was horrible, hole in the wall plastered over and not painted , flies in the room , when we opened the bathroom window it was to a fire escape covered in pigeon poo and the pigeons tried getting in the bathroom and they kept us awake all night as they were sat there 6 feet from where we were sleeping .

I was very disappointed with this booking. We were moved to Royal Clifton Hotel due to no family room available and they made a mistake of booking. That was disappointing and Royal Clifton Hotel room was not clean, window was broken, room was full of dust and manager informed that he can't move me to another room due to no rooms available.
