My stay was great. The general manager was nice and worked with me on my staff. Very understanding. Room was clean before the check in time. My kid had a great time in the pool.

The first night of my stay was Saturday. There was a pool party with a lot of kids. The kids ran up and down the hallways yelling until 1:00 a.m. making it impossible to sleep. I called the front desk who said they'd take care of it - and they didn't. had to move to a different room the next night to make sure it didn't happen again. There should be a policy about not letting kids get out-of-hand like this.

We had 5th floor balcony room and the whole floor smelled of weed smoke. The people that were staying there were running up and down halls rattling door handles screaming hollering. Then. Man that was staying in a room by pool came out and was video recording use and my kids while in pool. We went there for the kids to have fun not. Be petrified to swim or play. Over all it was horrible. We did tell staff.
