"Poor quality service with an argumentative clerk at check in. For some reason, my stay was inelegiable for rewards point (first time Ive ever been told this) and her excuse was that these points cost the hotel money therefor not everyone qualifies. I travel to Bridgewater on a regular basis for work and will now be staying at another hotel that appreciates return visitors. The hotel wont have to worry about spending money on me again."

"When booking through Expedia, we were not made aware that the hotel was undergoing major renovations. There was active construction during the day and access to rooms was limited or through the construction zone. The room itself had double beds that were very uncomfortable. Air conditioner and fridge were great This is our third night stay in a hotel and we haven’t quite figured out the smart TVs, which was the case in this room as well. Also no security lock on the door which felt a little unsafe. There was a traveller in a room close by, actively smoking cigarettes throughout the night, and no front desk staff to call between the hours of 8 PM and morning, so the sign said The staff were helpful and friendly, and tried to accommodate best they could under the circumstances, but overall, I can’t recommend staying here."
