Our room was on the first floor. The ceilings are quite low and room dark. Air conditioner was quite loud and unable to adjust the vents from freezing the person sleeping next to it. Breakfast was adequate. Washer/dryer was sufficient. However, the process was complicated and took 3 hours to wash 2 loads of clothes. Clear instructions should be posted in the laundry room for the dryer. It is a coin operated timed system that does not function properly.

I am 65 and my friend is 73. We were never told that there was no elevator for your building. We asked for a first-floor room. They told us none were available in a very unfriendly tone. They watched us struggle with appathy as we hauled our luggage up those stairs. Even an elderly GENTLEMEN offered to help. The next morning at check out I overheard a woman say she happened to find this place that night and she got a first-floor room. Hmm. Not impressed.

First room still had previous guests clothing in dresser. Staff was unprofessional,but provided another room. Was advised by front desk night staff that I was not entitled to a parking spot. She rudely stated that she " would move her car" so I could park..She was parked on handicap parking,and did not have handicap plates/ placard. I Do have one. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE in my life. UNACCEPTABLE.

The staff was fabulous during our stay. Its not a 5 stat hotel but it serves its purpose. We stay here whenever we come to Bridgewater. Good location and quiet.

Couples Road trip to east coast

The accommodations was clean and the service was excellent. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The customer service was excellent.

As I was travelling with seniors they accommodated us by giving us a ground floor room. It would have been nice to know in advance that the pool was not available do to remodeling. They need to provide outdoor ashtrays for people who smoke so the ground is not littered with butts.

We enjoyed our stay. Had a lovely dinner at La Casetta - highly recommend this restaurant but suggest making reservations. Food was absolutely delicious.
