Most wonderful owners. Felt like I was visiting a favorite family! Warmly greeted, offered tea, even though we arrived very late. Continental breakfast way more than expected. Prepared bacon and eggs, best pasteries ever. Period furniture, comfortable room and bed. Unbelievably clean. Recommend to all.

Excellent place & would ABSOLUTELY stay again

The host was amazing. She was super nice and had a great breakfast. It was also great to visit with the other couples while we were having breakfast. The house was beautiful and in a great location. Bed was comfy and the house overall was quiet. Just a side note, there is not a private bathroom. It is shared, but was also big. Very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

The house is beautiful and Margaret takes great care to preserve its heritage. She is very considerate of her guests and their needs. Everything was perfect for our stay, and I would highly recommend this B&B.

Parking a little difficult. Otherwise, a very beautiful B&B. Owner, Margaret is very nice and showed us around the house and our room. Nice and big room and a huge patio off the room. We could help ourselves to kitchen amenities. We met several of her friends and enjoyed their company. Unfortunately we had to leave early so could not enjoy the breakfast. We would highly recommend staying at Miller House.

Beautiful setting. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere. We stayed in the large apartment behind the main house and it was lovely. Clean and bright with comfy beds and a very well-appointed kitchen. Shops and restaurants were within an easy walk. We were only there one night but will be back for another, longer visit!

Margaret was a wonderful host - very accommodating, friendly, interesting and a wonderful breakfast cook! We loved the Captain’s Quarters and use of the huge private deck overlooking the backyard (or the water). Breakfast conversation with other guests was one of our highlights. We would definitely recommend Miller House by the Bay for anyone coming to Mahone Bay.

Very early period home in pristine condition with all original woodwork, trim, etc., and extremely fine period furniture. The property is right in the middle of the town of Mahone Bay and easily accessible. The property, in its entireity, is very well maintained.
