"My husband and I stayed here for our niece’s graduation. Gladys was very responsive and the town house was very clean and well appointed. I’m not sure if the listing states that the bedrooms are all upstairs but that might be a good idea in case someone can’t climb the stairs. Everything was lovely!"

"First off, great communication and easy check in. Was offered flexible check-in/check-out options. Easy directions to the location. Driving up to the ranch we knew this was exactly what we were hoping for. Serene setting while still close to town. We pull up to the beautiful horses, cows and chickens. Cottage was exactly as pictured and described. Comfy, cozy and was perfect for our needs. Stocked with everything we could ask for. Even fresh eggs in the fridge! Now let’s talk about the hosts. BEST, MOST HOSPITABLE HOSTS WE’VE EVER ENCOUNTERED! Came as tenants and left as friends. Anything we needed or wanted was available. Great communication and so friendly! They went above and beyond. Even cut us a path down to the river on the property. Will definitely be coming back to stay again when we’re in the area! "

"Our rental home was gorgeous. It accommodated our family of 9 very well. It was located minutes from the beach and the pool was an added bonus! Very clean and well-equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra day! The location was fantastic and easy to navigate. Coastal Properties was so easy to work with. Shopping and dining close by and easy to get to. We were so blessed to have such a great place to stay. It did not disappoint!
