Upon arrival the security had us sitting outside the gate for 12 minutes telling us they couldn't find our reservation on the 14th minute i used my US phone and called and spoke with Latisha and told her what the security was doing and now all of a sudden we can get in we order room service the food never showed up the ice machine was broke on the 3rd floor we had to go to the fourth floor to get ice the toilet ran all night long and was leaking water i went on the balcony for some peace of mind and was bombarded with cigarette smoke coming from over top of me thought the facility was smoke free when i was checking out i found out there are no managers on duty on sundays to handle guest complaints i promise we will never stay at your property again ....Latisha Terrance Amanda and Tiffany need a raise i appreciate them for trying to help fix the problems that occured

The staff was great and beach was beautiful. House keeping took a very long time to clean the room. It was my birthday and my partner paid for roses to be placed in the room they placed the roses in the room without cleaning or fixing the bed. It took away from the romantic gesture that was paid for.

Rooms need updating just a little. We had to call housekeeping to clean the room again for us. Because it’s wasn’t clean when we walked in. Ocean was partial not full. Room services takes really long. If you need anything like housekeeping amenities they take really long to bring you anything.
