Thank you so much for your feedback. Though I am happy that you like the property, it is very disheartening that the shortcomings were not brought to the attention of management. Therefore, it becomes difficult to train our Room Attendant on any discrepancies. But rest assured that all issues are mentioned and addressed directly with the team.

Nice hotel, unpleasant stay

We checked in late on 4/8/17 @ 9:30PM. During this time a pool party was in progress. Immediately noted no security, and signs in parking lot stated "use at own risk". No one available to help with luggage. First issue: not being able to use the indoor pool the next day which I specifically chose this hotel for it's use. Was told it had to be tested and cleaned after the pool party the night before and wouldn't be available for a few days. A big inconvenience because we then had to change our activities for the week around, leaving my children disappointed. Second issue: we were offered coupons for the breakfast buffet for the inconvenience, which were never delivered to our room as promised. Third issue: as we were leaving our hotel room for the day, I walked passed the housekeeper in the hall and said "Good morning." She looked at me with a screw face and turned to go back into the room she was working on. When we got back to our room later that day, our room had not been properly cleaned... only beds made. No toilet tissue or towels replaced. Fourth issue: learning that a customer's car had been broken into overnight. Made me feel unsafe, especially with my children here. I've stayed at Hilton Garden hotels before and never have I been so annoyed with the service. The hotel was clean and the front desk staff were great. But, the overall experience didn't sit well with me.
