We never got access code 48 hours prior to check in as mentioned in the booking confirmation. Messaged the management several times through Expedia, never received a single response. Only to find out after calling the property (with the help from a local with local number) an hour before check-in that they will let you in once youโ€™re at the property. So if you are tourist with no portuguese number, best of luck figuring out your way in. On top of that, AC didnโ€™t work. We had to sleep with windows opened because of the summer heat, which didnโ€™t help due to the noise since our room is facing the main road. Called the management, they said they will send a technician the next day to fix it, HA the technician never showed up. The management came to apologize in person, too bad it wonโ€™t fix a thing. Stay away, there are tonnes other options in a better neighborhood with better price. What an absolute joke.

Splendid Lisbon Apartment!

We were in no 41, on the top floor, with a large private terrace with gorgeous views across the city. From check in to check out, everything worked well. Not over luxurious but very clean and more than adaquate, and fully equipped. Well located in a good district.

The check-in needs to be improved. We arrived after mudnight and it took us more than an hour to check-in. It is self check in and the system wasnโ€™t working. The next day we saw some people having the same issues.

The apartment was nice but air conditioning was not working from the first day. The staff were rude and said it is central problem. They gave us a fan after 2 days. It is expensive forbthe price they charge. Without AC, you have to open windows and welcome nasty mosquitoes. One of our worst experiences!

BE CAREFUL AT THE TIME OF ONLINE CHECK IN. Their website is not perfect and if you make a mistake, there is no customer service. Everything was fine until I requested a refund, because when I did the check in their website, was not working correctly, and I re-paid for the fees, and after a month, they haven answer me, Expedia, or my credit card. It is a shame that I have to write a bad review por a place because the terrible customer service. CUIDADO A LA HORA DE PAGAR DURANTE EL CHECK IN ONLINE. Todo estuvo bien, el apto, el ubicaciรณn. Pero tengan cuidado en el website de ellos a la hora de pagar los impuestos al check in porque si se equivocan NO hay forma de conseguir que ellos respondan por su dinero. Yo he pedido la devoluciรณn del dinero extra por mรกs de un mes y no me responden ni a mi, ni a expedรญa, ni a la tarjeta de crรฉdito. Lรกstima tener que dejar una mala revisiรณn de un sitio por su pesimo servicio al cliente.

Conveniently located with a bus stop literally right out front. Most places also walkable (20-30 mins) if you donโ€™t mind walking some hills. Room was clean, AC worked very well, and staff were responsive.

Loved the apartment, 3 of us stayed for 3 nights and had a good experience. Walkable to amazing restaurants and breakfast places like cafe monka and others. Tram line is right outside the house. Communication could have been better though, with access code provided over email instead of us having to find someone, use their phone and call them.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was large and clean. It takes a while for the water to get warm in the shower. We were on the ground floor so we had to put up with noise in the lobby a few times. It's a good location with a bus & tram stop just out the front door.

Excellent stay

Really comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of appliances, crockery etc We were on the 4th floor which meant we had to go up one flight of stairs as the lift only went to the 3rd floor. This was more than compensated for by the big balcony with sweeping views over Lisbon and lots of seating to enjoy the sunset etc. Only negative was lack of shelving in bathroom and shower.
