Good location, good breakfast buffet but the rooms facing the street have zero noise insulation and they put me on the first floor facing the street and I can hear people talking outside on the streets very clearly and car sounds! Catarina, receptionista foi simpatica, porem nao explicou bem sobre os serviços. AirCon foi dificil de operar. Maquina de cafe nao funcionou. Este app de reservas nao fornece nenhum detalhe do qué ha no quarto reservado, as facilidades. O colchao deve ser velho pois estava duro e com qué parecia um buraco no meio. Fotos do banheiro alagado apos banho, pois a agua fica parada, piso sem queda para o ralo. Nao ha' cortina. Ha' muitos canais na TV. Apenas Uma maquina de café no breakfast, com bom expresso. Ovos mexidos em grande quantidade e ficava frio no buffet.

The rooms were very small — we couldn’t even keep our luggage open. We had to swueeze to get to another side of bed. They deliberately gave us two rooms on separate floors (3rd and 4th), which was very inconvenient. The rooms were tiny and not worth the price we paid. Very inconvenient!

Good for the price

The hotel room was small and clean but the walls were scuffed so it made it look dingy. Could use a repaint. I didn’t like the half see through glass wall and door separating the room from the toilet. The breakfast has lots of options and it was good with hot and cold options such as eggs, bacon, cold cuts, yogurt and fresh fruit.

Rooms are small but adequate for a couple. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean and included a nice breakfast each morning. Close to two subway lines and less than 2k walk to the train station. Many restaurants within an easy walk and a grocery store.

A nice, modern, and well-updated hotel located in the heart of the old city, within walking distance of most major sights. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was comprehensive, with a good selection of juices and coffee. The only downside: if you have a car, private parking is located about 200–300 meters away. Street parking is available nearby but somewhat inconvenient, and payment is only accepted in cash using the local currency.

Had a really good stay and nothing to really complain about. For improvements, the following could be given some thoughts: a table and chair would be nice. There was bare minimum furniture (literally a bed and a closet). Does make the room look bigger but no where to sit and put things….also layout of washroom seems a bit off….looks spacious but shower stall can definately be bigger and more hooks are needed to hang things. Overall a very enjoyable stay with staff being extremely friendly and helpful
