The property has been remodeled somewhat. In a very small alley with workmen building all day and night on adjoining properties. The worst was getting in the front door, with barely room for one person let alone a very large suitcase. Secondly, carrying a very large suitcase upstairs that were maybe 7 inches wide and straight up. It was a very difficult situation and a very small property for the money.
