Lovely property with friendly staff. Great location for exploring the city. Excellent breakfast. Strange little things like no tea (or kettle or anything) in the room. And not all rooms with large double doors outside open onto the street.

The premise is very elegant and stylish. All staff are very nice, polite and helpful. They will proactively remind me if I need any sightseeing information as well as put 3 letters on the bed everyday to give us recommendations for our trip. The last one even was a handwritten one. So amazing! Thanks for taking care of us in these 3 days.

This is a lovely hotel with incredibly helpful staff - all rooms and public areas are maintained to a high standard and look superb. We were made to feel very welcome and the staff are all super-attentive. Breakfast is excellent at the hotel but there are many good places to eat all around the hotel, and transport includes a regular small public bus that stops just outside the hotel. It links you to a great range of transport opportunities across the city. We would definitely stay here again!
