The location is great, surrounding by all the good restaurants, shops, waterfront, transits. The apartment is spacious and clean, overall this is a very good apartment. Our only complaint is that there is no sports channel and we weren't able to watch FIFA games in the apartment.

Very nice place!! Clean and good air conditioning!! Lots of stairs to get to the room which is good if you’re looking for a little cardio. Otherwise, they have an elevator 👍 Nice little view of the street bellow too! Hosts were great to communicate with- quick and clear. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Lisbon!!

Stayed here 7 nights in a studio unit and overall we enjoyed our stay. The property was in a great location, very centrally located to restaurants and shops in the Baixa neighborhood. And it was spacious and comfortable and had AC. Downsides - the bathroom smelled like sewerage (probably a consequence of old plumbing), no towel changing during our stay, and microwave was broken. Other than those things, we loved the building and the location and had a great stay.

The apartment's location was great. It was right in the center, within walking distance of all attractions. There were many restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning in both rooms (which was very helpful). The only thing I think could be improved is that there was a dishwasher but no detergent for it. Since we only stayed for four days, we didn't want to buy a large pack of dishwasher detergent, as it didn't make sense. So, it would be nice to have it for next time. If I go to Lisbon again, I'll definitely stay there.

It was clean and right in the city center. The only issue was during our stay there was a heatwave and the air con wasn't working plus a noisy street so it was impossible to open the windows at night we then contacted the management company on the first day but no reply since.

our experience was disappointing. The apartment had visible mold around the window and peeling paint, making it feel poorly maintained. We were moved to a replacement apartment, but it was noticeably smaller, of lower quality, and not suitable for three people. Despite being moved to a cheaper apartment, no compensation or refund was offered for the difference.

The location of this property was perfect for what my family and I wanted to see. Just a couple blocks from the waterfront and easy to navigate the area on foot. The room was clean and comfortable. It did show some wear and tear (paint missing from spots on the wall as an example) but nothing that looked dirty. It could just use a freshening up. My only disappoint is that I was supposed to receive a bottle of spirits as a VIP perk and I did not.
