The room was very small, no place for the luggages and the private bathroom was juste a shower in the room. We waited a very long time before we could enter the place. An AI bot told us how to access keys to our rooms because the codes to unlock the door never worked and the staff was unreachable.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE! We arrived around 12:40am (check-in available until 1am) after a late flight and delays at passport control. The self check-in was unclear—stressful in a new country so late. We messaged via WhatsApp to confirm our room number, and they replied quickly. But the room was filthy. The bed was clearly used, linens unchanged, trash overflowing, dirty dishes out. We messaged again and were pushed into a chatbot loop saying, “this issue has been reported.” No help. No human response. We called Expedia, who contacted the hotel—only for the hotel to hang up on them. They refused to help, saying it was “too late,” despite us contacting them before the check-in window closed. By 2:30am, exhausted and stuck, we had to sleep in a dirty bed. It felt unsafe and disgusting. The next morning, they claimed it was a “misunderstanding” and we were in the wrong room—even though they confirmed that exact room the night before. The “correct” room was tiny. It felt like they squeezed a bed, shower, toilet, and sink into what should’ve been a storage closet. We lost half a day of our trip trying to resolve this before moving to a new hotel just to feel comfortable. The hotel failed on every level—cleanliness, service, and basic hospitality. Do not book here. No matter how good the price may seem or how good the photos look, it is absolutely not worth the risk.

The service is perfect and Tania replied instantly. The room is very clean. Just that the buffect breakfast can have a greater variety of food. Overall is worth of the price.

Location is great, near to metro station and center. There is a nice place to have coffee not far from the place, just 5 min, as well as supermarket. The only minus - there is no elevator.

The hosts at the property are super friendly and helpful. They are always available when needed via phone call. Even after my departure I had forgotten some important documentation papers in my room and the hosts contacted me directly to make arrangements with me to send it back to me. I really appreciate this service as it proves once again the good heart of the hosts and how trustful they are. I will surely pay a visit again in the future🥰☺️👍

We had an amazing stay at this property! The room was impeccably clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. The only drawback was the limited parking nearby, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite that, I highly recommend this wonderful property for a fantastic overall experience!

My stay was horrible. The room looked nothing like the pictures. There was a fake window that shone light into my room from another room. I could not stand in the bathroom. The shower had no hot water. The air conditioner did not work. There was no headboard on the bed and the wall was covered in guck

Bad experience. Definitely won't stay here again. The place claims to be a "hotel" and we booked it because it said it had a front desk and also had a luggage care service. However, the place is actually a huge apartment converted into a "hotel" and there is never anyone inside the facilities to provide a kind of front desk and the suitcases were actually left in the living room of the place, without any care and vulnerable for any guest to take them or open them. During the time I stayed, the main door lost power and we couldn't get in. That day we called by phone, wrote by WhatsApp and contacted the "hotel" by Expedia and received no response. It wasn't until the next day that they wrote us an apology. That day we entered thanks to other guests who knew that there was a key under the mat. (extremely insecure) The room is too uncomfortable and the photographs are obviously professional and show the place much more beautiful than it is. But for the price we were paying we didn't give it any importance. However, it is important to know that it is not possible to have an open suitcase in the room floor, you can only open your suitcase if you place it on the bed. It is really very small, to the point of being very uncomfortable.

We booked the double economy room... beware. It is absolutely nothing like advertised. There was no room for our small cases let alone the 2 of us. The pillows were cushions and the “private bathroom” was toilet in the shower, in the room. No privacy from the other person whatsoever and it was filthy. We requested to upgrade to another room which was done so with ease. However the second room we entered had not been cleaned. There were hairs all through the linen, on the shower floor, walls, the towels were hung up but stained and the soap from the previous person was still in the basin. We requested to move but not before having to take photos and send to the manager to prove the filth. He agreed and allowed us to move once again but we were then told we could only stay in that room 3 of our booked 4 nights and had to pay a €25 cleaning fee! What exactly the cleaning fee is for we aren’t sure?? We tried to discuss this and come to another arrangement but the manager would not oblige. We were so upset, it definitely impacted our stay. Sure enough, on the final night we had to pack up and move to another shoebox sized room with dirty towels. How this place has such good reviews I will never know but all I can do is recommend you look at other places in Lisbon before booking here. For the price, it was an absolutely terrible experience. Never ever again.
