When we went into our first room, the bathtub was plugged and filled with water. We went downstairs and were immediately assigned a new room- the staff was helpful. The new room had a non-working mini fridge, and a tv that didn’t work properly. The shower’s hot and cold were reversed, and there seemed to be a leak from the toilet as water continued to puddle on floor when there was no one bathing. Overall, while staff was nice, the property seems to not be kept up as well as it could be (broken fridge and tv, leaky toilet, etc.), and the breakfast was limited as well. Just don’t go and expect anything more is all. Overall cleanly and decent enough otherwise.

The hotel was very dated. Needs renovations peeling paint, cracks, sheets were very warn. The breakfast was terrible. Not only was the area messy the food was all gone when we wentndown to eat about 8:30 on a sunday. We had to eat cereal and begals because there was nothing else. Pool was very small!

The staff member at the desk profiled me , I stood at desk for 10 - 15 minutes and some guy finally came out with attitude thought he could talk any kind of way, got mad very rude disrespectful with an accent, he turned away a premier member and cancelled my reservation, I will never attend this location again, profiling people is unacceptable.
