- No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property
- Pets: Dogs only, maximum of 2 dogs
- Dog Stay Fee: $75 for the 1st dog & an additional $25 for the 2nd dog
- Please do not allow dogs on any furniture, or in/on any bedding, blankets, or towels. Kindly respect this policy due to the owners’ wishing to maintain cleanliness from the wear and tear of animals & for those future guests who could be exposed to canine allergies.

- Lincoln City limits occupancy to 16 (not counting children ages 2 and under) at all licensed vacation rentals.
