I checked in and they sent me to room all the way on other side of bldg and key didn’t work. So me and my luggage went back to desk, they gave me a key to the room next to the first, again , key didn’t work than they gave me another room that smelled of urine

In room heating/air conditioning is old and noisy! Front desk was not helpful and rude when I had a room key that wouldn't work and when I asked why my rokm had not been serviced. No where does this hotel post nor mention when when checking in that they only clean rooms every other day.

Decent stay for the cost.

The hotel is nicer inside than outside, but it is showing age and wear. While things seemed clean it was noticable that there needs to be updating. Cracks in paint and end peeling on wall paper. Baseboards are showing buildup and the tub and toilet had noticable staining. The breakfast was just ok with quite limited options, and the 24hr coffee is not really accurate. Most of the staff we encountered were kind of casual and not super easy to engage. It could be a very nice hotel with a bit of updating and repairs, but as is just average.
