Nice clean and safe hotel

Lovely room, very clean. No coffee pot in room but shows one on website. I was told they had removed them all and only offered coffee downstairs. The very nice young girl working at check-in did bring a coffee pot and coffee up to my room - excellent customer service. Went above and beyond!

The sink was missing the rod that goes up and down; my husband got under the cabinet and opened the plug; the water was hot in the sink, but not hot enough for a hot shower; warm , but not hot. The T V remotes needed attention; we were only able to get one channel; toilet would run unless you rattled the flusher. If it were only one of these, I would not have said anything so many inconveniences for such a beautiful hotel!

Everything was perfect except for the noisy HVAC unit. Apparently newer units have a high failure rate of the fan wheel. Just be sure to check out the fan before settling in with a room.

We stayed one night in Limon Best Western, it cost me $65 and the room was decent. What surprised me the most is the building looks practically new but the guests have been abusing the rooms, my room had broken furniture, and the paneling looked like it was kicked in, and the door looked like it was broken down at some point. Other than that very clean place to stay on your way to Denver without having to stay in Denver.

Good stay overall, and staff was very helpful. But a complaint: Like many long-distance travelers, we carry a cooler. The ice packs need to be refrozen nightly, and when as with this BW, if the room refrigerator does not have an ice compartment the hotel will put them in the freezer. Here, not so: we were told that the hotel manager, Pablo Lopez, does not allow staff to enter the kitchen. This absurd directive does a disservice to customers.
