The room was beautiful and we had a great view of the farmland and mountains in our garden view room. All the staff was extremely friendly, gorgeous pool, incredible food, and stunning beach. Location is great and was easy to access multiple attractions on the island.

Hotel is being renovated, no gym, room started leaking a lot in the bathroom. We were given new room, keys didn’t work. We were given another new room and the keys didn’t work again due to a dead door battery. It was 4 trips back and forth to the lobby to try to get a new room. Having to pack up our entire room just to checkout the next day. Comped us for parking fees due to the issues so that was good.

Pool was not heated! Jecujji was broke!! There were extremely poor service at the restaurant; they never checked multiple messages for appointment. We had dinner appointment on Christmas’s day at 8:30 PM but didn’t have a table until 9:30 PM.

Staff is very nice and friendly and the hotel is clean. The only thing they can improve on is the wait times at the restaurant.

Under construction, terrible room, unhelpful staff with the exception of housekeeping who was helpful and spa staff who gave excellent recommendations for local dining. Concierge, check-in, and restaurant staff showed little interest in making our stay better.

Room was clean. You can tell it's an older property that is being updated. It is kept in good condition. The staff was great, friendly and easy to talk with. Our rooms AC was not working and temperature was cold. We stopped at huest servicrs and it was taken care shortly.

The rooms were clean, but had some issues with the room outlets smoking and just need some room updates in those areas for sure. But other than that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

The room was outdated. No microwave, sliding door & the drawers were difficult to open and close. When we arrived had to go to the 3rd floor to another building and then back down to the 1st floor due to construction. Kinda disappointed. But hey, it's still Hawaii!

Room had no drinking glasses, no decaf coffee. We requested glasses and gave up after 30 minutes. Asked for garden room and got construction site view. Disappointed. Now boyfriend is looking for plug to use for cell phone and it’s making it miserable for me! Never again!!!!!!
