Everything was bad from the the lobby being closed, the wifi and TV not working in the rooms, loud slamming doors, no laundry room, terrible yet expensive food, staff that seemed irritated and or overwhelmed, things in the pool area not working like waterfalls and a hot tub, expensive parking and having to walk long distances to get anywhere at the resort, closed spa, the fire pit not working, construction junk everywhere, remodeled rooms that was just new paint over water damage and any other flaws including the bath tub which was chipping, lights and chargers in rooms not working, Expedia gold VIP access meant nothing at the resort as they said they don't honor it, and a terrible view of a dirty pond and a decapitated, fenced off building. All this and more without warning after paying full price for rooms and resort fees and still had to pay $157 to use a cabana despite the resort being almost empty. To top it off, a heartless and seemingly ChatGPT generated email saying sorry and they hope to do better in the future after negative responses to their survey. We feel so ripped off and cheated and could go on and on about all the bad at this place during our stay. We should be getting some sort of refund!
