Staff member checking us in was unfamiliar with SERVICE dogs. That created a little friction, but was resolved. The room was comfortable, except for loud mechanical noises all night. The water pressure is excellent, but the shower is a bit small. The breakfast was adequate.

The hotel was in good condition though showed some wear and tear. The upstairs rooftop was a super place to land in the evening and the staff was super relaxed about guests taking their complementary wine from the hotel upstairs to enjoy sunset drinks and smartly left the leftover breakfast items out in the evening in case we were hungry. The concierge parked and arranged that my car would be right outside the door of the hotel prior to my early morning departure. So grateful to the warm, efficient and caring service. Kudos Palazzo Noha!"
