My husband and I had a very nice stay while visiting Georgetown and the Keeneland Racetrack. This is an older property, but it has been very well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the hot breakfast was excellent. The location was excellent. Cattleman's Roadhouse is within walking distance and is a very good restaurant. We would stay here again.

Within two hours of checking in we immediately checked out and stayed somewhere else because we found mold, mildew, rust and bugs in our room. A/C and fridge did not work and the floor and beds were damp. Also the drain plug in the bathtub did not work. We have a child who is autistic and is very sensitive to airborne allergens so we did not feel safe and will not be returning

The property was very clean, breakfast was good. The staff didn’t go out of their way to be friendly, not unfriendly, just not friendly. Didn’t feel like they appreciated us choosing them over other options, so many good options in that area, just not available for our trip. Nice and convenient area. Clean room, staff nice. Didn’t use the gym or pool facilities. Had pop corn and fresh baked cookies one evening. Really nice! Nice selection for the breakfast. Didn’t get my receipt emailed to me as promised though!
