The beds are HORRIBLE! The pillows are horrible, as well as the blankets. Traffic on either side of the hotel. It hasn’t been upgraded since the 80’s. Will never stay again. The only positive was the staff. They are helpful and friendly.

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable; you can feel the springs even with your hand. It's terrible; I couldn't sleep there. It's impossible for anyone to sleep on that sofa bed,and no toilet paper and the bathroom.

They had workmen hammering from 8:30am until 7pm which was super loud and impacted any rest or relaxation. This should have been a 9 to 5 thing with guests present. Bad outlet in the desk. TV remote did not work. Internet kept disconnecting and was difficult to get a connection as well.

On a longer vacation taking in the Ark and then all the Paris, and Lexington, KY area could offer us. It's closer to hwy. Exits so at 5am you can hear the sportscars sppeding up to enter the highway. Not the hotels fault.

Not the best stay.

The staff was friendly. The room was just okay. It was not the cleanest as there was a thick layer of dust above the headboard. No one said a word to us about the construction going on on our floor, and it was pretty loud during the day. The hallway was covered in construction supplies, and the smell was not very pleasant.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! They were doing renovations to the hotel unbeknownst to us. Super loud noises. We had traveled all day and wanted to rest. We kept hearing loud banging. It sounded like it was next door. When I checked with the front desk one person told me they would be there until 6pm working while another person told me it would be 7pm but they would not start again until noon. The noise continued after 7pm and resumed around 8 am the next day. People in the hallways were screaming and yelling at all times. There was no respect for any respect for any other guest. We left the tag on the door to the room cleaned daily. I noticed the shower was not cleaned. The garbages were not emptied. I would not stay at this hotel ever again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
