The room was fine under normal circumstances but I requested a wheelchair accessible room. Issues I found were the mirror was too high to see my face, the peephole was too low to use (more likely to be used by a child) and there was a threshold in the shower that made it difficult for me to use. The bed was too high for a wheelchair user without standing. It needs to be about 21 inches high. It was also too soft to be able to get out of. This hotel could improve the accessibility for people who use a wheelchair.

Our daughter highly recommended this hotel. They hadn’t stayed at this particular one but one that had been updated. This hotel was mediocre at its best. We had black mold in the shower caulk. The shape of the tub is dangerous because of the shape and this hotel didn’t have any shower soap for the guests. That is very unusual. All it offered was a skinny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent piece. The beds were decent but that’s about all I can say.

⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) I booked a stay for the 3rd and 4th, checking out on the 5th. The evening of the 3rd, before I had even arrived, I received a phone call from the hotel asking if I was still coming. The call felt strange from the start. There was a noticeable language barrier, and the tone made it seem like they were hoping I wouldn’t show up. It honestly felt like they might have been overbooked and were trying to see if they could give my room to someone else. I confirmed that I was coming, but the interaction left me uneasy. I didn’t want to drive several more hours only to find out my room wasn’t available, so I ended up sleeping in my car that night instead of checking in. When I arrived the next morning, they initially couldn’t find my reservation. I had to show my confirmation and re-explain the previous night’s phone call before they eventually located it. I mentioned how uncomfortable the call made me feel and even told them I had slept in my car because of it. The response was a shrug and a nod. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. The room itself was a decent size and generally okay. Not dirty, but not truly clean either. There was visible mildew in the corners of the shower. The biggest issue was the water temperature. Around 8:00 PM, with the shower turned fully to hot, the water never actually got hot. After a long day, that was frustrating. On a positive note, the two female employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful.
