Excellent stay in a great location!! Walkable to Rupp Arena and other fun locations in downtown Lexington. Directions for parking and entry were easy to follow. Very clean and they even had toothbrushes individually wrapped which were handy since someone forget theirs!! Will definitely stay here again!

Very clean unit in great location close to downtown. Claire answered questions promptly. A Keurig coffeemaker with pods of coffee plus a pod you can fill with your own coffee was available plus a kettle and teabags. It would have been nice to have another towel rack in the bathroom and tissues.

Everything was as described. Very spacious condo. Only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is the air conditioner made a loud noise every 30 minutes or so which would wake us up.

Scarefest trip 2024

Perfect location for visiting downtown Lexington. Condo was very clean and had all the convinces of home. Pictures of the condo are accurate, however the distance to Rupp Area are a much longer walk than what I had thought. Parking is a challenge. The icing on the cake was the Halloween parade and Thriller reenactment were directly in from of our building. If I were coming at the same time of year would definitely rent this condo again. Our host was a jewel to work with. Would recommend friends for this rental.

Game Day Ready

We came in town to watch the UK football game season opener. Location was perfect! Walkable to campus or a quick drive if you have littles with you! We were also able to bring the pups which was great for a quick trip. Wouldn’t recommend for a long trip with pups just for potty purposes. Nothing to do with the condo just ease of getting them out. Host was very responsive and easy to work with!
