"Home2 suites is a good option if you want to be near thanksgiving point as it is a very close drive and a passable walk if you’re up for that. While there is not too much to do in the immediate area of the hotel without a car, it’s a nice area to be in. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The gym had a few things to get a workout in, though I didn’t try the pool. While nothing outstanding, the breakfast was free and filling and had a decent selection of warm options. The room itself was nice and spacious with a nice bed and pillows. The bathrooms had everything you would want and need, and can request toothpaste in the lobby in case you forgot your own (along with a small selection of snacks and other items for purchase). The tv had shows and games and the couch and desk space made things practical. Overall my stay was pleasant and if I need to be in the area I’d pick it again."

"We were staying for 4 nights. $515.00. First 2 days clean room. 2nd 2 days not cleaned. I had asked for soap and didn't get it. When I asked why at the end of the stay the gal on duty just blew it off and said we should have asked anyone or if we wanted our room cleaned more we should have asked for that at the beginning of the stay, they only clean every other day. I like to use clean towels and washrags. Hard to do that when they aren't even checking. The staff is only as helpful as the HAVE to be and then at checkout the gal that checked us out wouldn't even give us her name. On our final checkout receipt it didn't show the time we checked out and didn't put her name on that either. I was so mad I slid my door keys across the desk at her in so much anger. She was so dang rude you cannot imagine. Staying here is as nice as the pictures are. The pool is beautiful, I couldn't use it as I am disabled and on oxygen. The building is as clean as the pictures show. My only part is all of the desk staff look as they are angry as you walk in until you leave. They seem to forget that they should be there to greet customers. They should know that their jobs depend on it...but then again, maybe they don't. Thank you"
