The night front desk clerk is rude and has anxiety when talking to people, which I experienced. The rooms are old. The smoke detectors flash all night long in the rooms. I called and was told this is how the detectors are. The bathroom is old. The sink is right at the door when you walk in the room. It's a Motel not any way a 9 rated hotel. If this were an upgrade, I would hate to see the standard rooms.

The hotel is very conveniently located. It is clean and inviting from the outside. The inside was also immaculate and very well designed and decorated. Front desk staff were always extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast was abundant. Our room was ver comfortable and the beds were so relaxing. The children enjoyed the pool. Everything was just fantastic!

The first room we were in. The beds were horrible. They dipped on the side (both beds) nearest to the side table. The second night we stayed. The beds were much better.

Location location location. This place is basically in the Maverick Center parking lot. We saw a concert there and it was too easy to get to and from. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Check In was easy. The room was nice, big, and had a comfy bed. Compared to other hotels in the area of the same caliber and price, this place would be hard to beat. My only complaint was the noise from the room above us and in the hallway, but the place was full of amped up concert goers, so I can't be too upset over it.
