Location location location. This place is basically in the Maverick Center parking lot. We saw a concert there and it was too easy to get to and from. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Check In was easy. The room was nice, big, and had a comfy bed. Compared to other hotels in the area of the same caliber and price, this place would be hard to beat. My only complaint was the noise from the room above us and in the hallway, but the place was full of amped up concert goers, so I can't be too upset over it.

Great stay

It is as advertised. Nice place. The jetted tub in the king suite was awesome. There is no shortage of hot water. (Had to add cold so that we didn't become lobsters). Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good for a hotel breakfast. Hotel was quiet. Highly recommend.

The hotel is perfect, clean, quiet and affordable. Would i stay again? Yes. However front desk guy was very rude. I arrived late due to travel conditions, i called ahead and they told me it was ok. When i arrived at 2:30am the front desk person told me i had to wait 2 hours to check in something about a computer update. I ask the guy how is that possible if i paid for a room and i cant stay for the night. He literally told me if i dont like it i can go somewhere else or sleep in my car. And his coworker was laughing at me. Imagine, having paid for the night hoping to have a place to rest after 12 hour drive to be told go sleep in your car

Front desk staff was wonderful. I felt that the inside of the hotel was much nicer than the appearance of the semi dated exterior. The room was very clean besides the full length mirror which I'm sure was just an oversight. We had the do not disturb sign on the door but staff knocked and walked in to clean although it was 1.5 hrs before check out. Overall it was a great stay!
