it was nice having a room overlooking the water, would have been nicer if the neighbors weren't smoking. Also would have felt safer if the sliding door locked. The gentleman at the check in wasn't the clearest, a map helping us find our way around would have been great. If your breakfast room is going to serve two motels a larger dining room would be helpful.

Clean room, attentive staff, convenient store inside hotel that does carry alcohol and other refreshments along with snacks, and a nice location. The breakfast being delivered was convenient but extremely limited. Definitely not a deal breaker but not much for a meal in the morning . We will definitely stay again if in the area!

We stay at Sugar Beach or Grand Beach every year when we come for the soccer tournament. It is clean, we love the pool and beach, and love going to play putt putt across the road.

The location was great & had a really pretty beach view/area. Our room was mediocre. The mini fridge was leaking the entire time & our TV kept turning on throughout the night... Very disruptive. The packaged breakfast was nice. They only upkeep the rings every 3rd night which isn't ideal but were quick to bring us more towels. The price was WAY too high for what we received. We love Traverse City but will look for different accommodations next visit.
