The hotel was very central and the parking was good value and only next door. After returning to our room in the early evening, we found water dripping through the light fitting and damp patches on the ceiling, but after contacting reception we were moved to a new room quickly and provided with a room upgrade for the inconvenience. Both rooms were nicely decorated and clean, the air con also worked very well, we would stay again.

Terrible nights sleep every night due to air conditioning not working, temperature at 22 degrees. Reception couldn’t do anything due to a fault being on the fifth floor. Tv wasn’t working, looked like it was broken underneath. Was meant to have a twin room instead they gave us a double.

Lovely hotel!

Wonderfully comfortable hotel that I have used before. Bed was lovely ans big and I slept like a log. The room temperature was good. Shower was warm and powerful. Good amenities. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Excellent friendly & helpful staff in a well equipped budget hotel in a great location for Leeds centre and event venues. Had an initial problem with TV in the room not working, a member of staff arrived within minutes to try to fix it however when he couldn't we were moved to another room, which happened to be larger. Breakfast on site is excellent value with extensive continental and cooked options, and discounted parking available for £10/24hrs next door is an added bonus! Will definitely be back

May not be the nearest hotel from station but it is a straight walk from albion street and turn between macdonalds & morrisons, which means you can resupply yourself economically at the morrisons nearby. Room is clean and breakfast is good.
